Celebrating the social, economic, cultural, professional and political achievements of women, International Women’s Day has not gone by un-noticed by Severn Partnership.
Driving Severn Partnership forwards through their professional experience and industry knowledge, the female members of our team contribute to each aspect of our business to enable us to progress as an organisation. There should be no barriers to women working in our industry; as such, all of our colleagues benefit from the company-wide commitment to ongoing professional development, training and support to enable everyone to excel in their area of expertise.
Contributing to achieving a better balance, Severn Partnership actively encourage young women to enter and succeed in the industry. Encouraging and supporting women to start their career with us via our inclusive Apprentice Schemes, we are also very proud to be have many strong female role models within the company who actively inspire our young professionals.
International Women’s Day has been observed since the early 1900s and is now recognised each year on March 8 (today). Celebrating their achievements today are our team members (from left to right): Freya, Jen, Katie, Nisa, Zoe and Emma.
