Utility Detection and CCTV Drainage Survey Summary:
Severn Partnership were required to complete a Utility Detection Survey including a CCTV survey of all existing drainage runs. The survey was required to aid the property developers design for the redevelopment of a former magistrates court building.
Project Overview:
Severn Partnership completed a Utility Detection and CCTV survey of the external grounds of a magistrates court. The survey included GPR, electromagnetic location, visual inspection of manhole chambers, drainage tracing and CCTV surveys.
The survey areas included a carpark, landscaped gardens and vegetated areas. As part of the survey works Severn Partnership also completed an internal and external laser scanning survey and produced 3D BIM models to further aid the design process.
