Rail TMG Spigot Control & Installation
Rail TMG Spigot Control & Installation Summary:
Spigot control and installation; we can supply, drill, set out, install and coordinate TMG spigots as required or validate the quality of existing networks.
The installation of track machine guidance (TMG) spigot control is an integral part of many large track or tunnel survey projects. We have the equipment and experience to install TMG spigots in walls or gantries with these installations constructed to precise specifications and made to last.
Once installation is complete, we use our fleet of GPS receivers and robotic total stations to rigorously coordinate the spigot positions. Raw survey observations are collated and checked in our least squares network adjustment program.
We have also been called upon to perform check observations and validation surveys and reports on spigots coordinated by others.
Examples of Relevant experience include:
- Midland Mainline (SPC1) TMG Network installed & Coordinated between 30 Miles to 48 Miles.
- East Coast Mainline (ECM5) TMG Network installed & Coordinated between 30 Miles to 56 Miles.
- West Coast Mainline (LEC1) TMG Network Coordinated between 19 Miles to 56 Miles.
